Main Responsibilities:
-Lead the Maintenance & Engineering organization across a manufacturing site of approximately 300 employees, overseeing electrical, mechanical and control room activities and coordinating a multidisciplinary technical team of more than 20 professionals, ensuring high levels of plant availability, reliability and operational continuity -Drive maintenance excellence and equipment reliability by developing effective preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, analyzing downtime and maintenance KPIs, identifying root causes and implementing improvement actions -Lead the engineering function, managing investments, capital projects and technical development initiatives, supporting the plant's medium- and long-term strategy and contributing to infrastructure upgrades, process improvements and operational excellence programs -Manage maintenance and engineering budgets, costs and external partners, ensuring cost efficiency, high service quality and effective technical soluti
