We are searching for an experienced Financial Controller on behalf of a confidential, fast-growing international group operating across travel, hospitality and real estate. Further details about the company will be shared during the interview process. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain existing processes, or simply looking for a traditional permanent position.
We are looking for a finance professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, enjoys building scalable financial structures and wants to play an active role in the growth of an ambitious international business.
The position is offered as a long-term freelance collaboration (VAT number required), designed for professionals who value autonomy, ownership and the opportunity to contribute across multiple companies within the Group, rather than a conventional employment structure.
As the Group continues its rapid expansion,
the Financial Controller will become a key business partner to the CEO, CFO and executive leadership team, helping transform financial data into strategic decisions while strengthening reporting, planning and financial governance across multiple companies.
This is a hands-on position with real ownership, broad exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the future direction of a business undergoing significant scale-up.

- Own and support monthly financial reporting and closing activities
