Regional Sales Manager - North west
Dentsply Sirona Italia is looking for a Regional Manager for the Northwest Region (Piemonte, Liguria e Valle D’Aosta).





The candidate will have to achieve the assigned turnover targets for his/her area of responsibility, through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures.

To align the Regional sales organization’s objectives with company business strategy through active participation in strategic planning and sales and business development strategy deployment.

Responsibilities

Meeting/exceeding budgeted sales quota while adhering to an annual expense budget

Managing the Sales Plan of his/her area

Proposing suitable solutions to improve sales results

Guiding employees to achieve the assigned objectives

Developing an accurate regional analysis of territory and customers

Establishing and maintaining productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects

Coordinating and conducting regional sales meetings

Coordinating and setting-up major regional trade shows and clinical
