To support the continued growth of our project, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic and results-drivenSales & Marketing Managerto lead our commercial development, strengthen our brand positioning and contribute to making Della Calza SPA & Foresteria one of Florence's leading luxury hospitality and event destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across the corporate, MICE, private events and wedding segments.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Organize and conduct site inspections, presenting the property's event spaces and hospitality services to prospective clients.
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, wedding planners, DMCs, tour operators and strategic partners.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the venue, hospitality services and food & beverage offerings.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and develop commercial strategies.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure outstanding customer experiences and seamless event execution.
