Business Program Manager
to launch and drive a focused churn reduction program in a subscription business. You will turn retention priorities into a coordinated portfolio of initiatives, bring together teams across the organization, and help leadership make clear, timely decisions. This role combines strong program management with commercial judgment. You should be comfortable moving from the economics of a retention initiative to the practical details of getting several workstreams delivered.
What You Will Do
Set up and run the churn program: define workstreams, owners, milestones, decision forums, risks, and a regular performance review
Coordinate working groups across multiple projects and functions, including Product, Marketing, Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Data, and Technology
Manage stakeholders in a complex organization, resolve dependencies, and escalates decisions when needed
Prepare concise executive presentations that explain performance, initiative progress, ex
