Responsabilità
- Collaborate with technologists, designers, and strategists to deliver digital solutions for clients
- Develop software products from ground up and coach client teams on best practices
- Mentor client teams on engineering culture, user-centric design, and Agile values
- Engage in cross-functional problem-solving to shape digital strategies and scalable architectures
- Turn digital ambitions into reality through hands-on technical execution across industries
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD in computer science, ML, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or AI
- 1+ years of full-stack development experience
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates
- Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL)
- Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); Docker and CI/CD
- Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and system reliability
- Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies
- Experience pair programming with other develope
