The Franchising & Partnerships Assistant supports the Franchising & Partnerships Manager in assisting driving the development and adoption of the company's franchising and partnership business models across international subsidiaries. The role combines commercial analysis,



documentation management, knowledge sharing, and training support to help local Commercial Directors understand and successfully implement both business approaches.
This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Segrate (MI).
Your Responsibilities:
Collect business needs from local Commercial Directors and stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges
Analyse commercial information and business cases to recommend appropriate commercial terms and conditions aligned with company strategy
Develop and maintain contractual set up, commercial kpi's, and operational documentation related to franchising and partnership activities (master contract, master P&L; and master company presentation)
Prepare presentations, guidelines, toolkits, and training materials to increase knowledge of both business models within the organization
Coordinate the sharing of knowledge, processes, and success st
