As a Sales Junior, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. You will identify potential clients, initiate contact, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This junior intern role is ideal for someone looking to learn in a dynamic sales environment and gain hands‐on experience in client‐facing operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential for conversion.
- Prepare and customize commercial proposals and client presentations.
- Manage your pipeline priorities and daily schedule independently.
- Analyze your sales activity, suggest the action plan and prepare business review based on sales performance metrics and KPIs.




- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity data.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure timely responses and document collection.
- Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
- Participate in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team.
- Coordinate client requirements with operations team before handoff.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years in sales, customer service, or commercial support.
