Overview As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the procurement activities of Iniala Group, ensuring the business secures high-quality products and services at competitive prices and on favourable commercial terms. The role will oversee the purchasing process from sourcing and supplier selection through to negotiation, ordering and delivery. Working closely with operational departments and Finance, you will ensure purchasing requirements are met efficiently, consistently and in line with agreed standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised and confident in supplier negotiations, with strong attention to detail and an understanding of procurement within a hotel, hospitality or luxury service environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Procurement &, Purchasing - Manage the Group's procurement activities, ensuring goods and services are sourced and purchased in line with operational requirements. - Source and procure food and beverage products, operating supplies, equipment, linen, cleaning products,



amenities, uniforms and other business requirements. - Obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare comparison sheets and ensure purchases follow approved specifications and procedures. - Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and operational teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues. - Work closely with Heads of Department to understand purchasing requirements, specifications and timelines.
Supplier Management &, Commercial Negotiation - Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality, price, availability, reliability and service. - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and act as the primary point of contact for commercial matters. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery arrangements, discounts, rebates and other commercial agreements. - Review supplier performance and address issues relating to quality, service, pricing or delivery. - M
