Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence across Italy. This role will be responsible for developing strategic customer and partner relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and accelerating sales performance across Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors including Symantec and Carbon Black. Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and channel partners, you will play a key role in executing Arrow's growth strategy and expanding our market presence within the cybersecurity and digital workspace space.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Develop and execute new business sales strategies with customers and partners.
- Manage local execution of EMEA-wide strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders at both operational and executive levels.
- Promote and position Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors including Symantec and Carbon Black.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.




- Work closely with marketing teams to maximize Go-To-Market initiatives.
- Support key partnerships to drive business growth.
- Work effectively within a matrix organization and collaborate across teams.
- Travel across Italy for customer visits, partner meetings, events, and internal meetings (approximately 30-40% of working time).

WHO YOU ARE:
- Relevant direct sales experience in cybersecurity or the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales initiatives.
- Experience identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends. Experience with Citrix, Symantec, Carbon Black, or similar solutions is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
