Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of air export shipments.
- Ensure bookings are made at current and accurate rates; consolidate and route shipments in accordance with local office procedures.
- Monitor and track all outbound shipments from origin to final destination, ensuring timely updates and communication.
- Send pre-alerts and shipment notifications to destination offices and agents promptly.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and special handling requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment data in the Maestro system, including all milestones and route legs.
- Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation, coordinating with the Customer Service department to obtain missing information
