IT Operations & Support Specialist (w/m/d) Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent user support? As an IT Operations & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT services. You will provide advanced support, contribute to operational excellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, and business users to deliver a seamless IT experience. Your Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests Troubleshoot applications, networks, and operating systems Perform monitoring, patching, backups,
