Manage end-to-end execution of assigned collection(s) or specific projects within collections, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and quality standards, from planning to final shipment.
Responsabilità del lavoro Develop and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt, milestones, WBS) for assigned collections/projects
Track and monitor project progress vs plan (timing, deliverables, dependencies)
Manage day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams
Ensure execution of all development and industrialization phases (sampling, prototyping, costing, production readiness)
Monitor and update RAG status and project KPIs
Identify, track,
and manage risks and issues, ensuring proper mitigation actions
Support definition and tracking of collection calendars
Prepare and deliver regular status reports
Ensure timely completion of all milestones up to final product shipment
Manage project documentation and updates in PMO tools
Support change management (scope, timing, priorities)
STRATEGY and KEY TASKS Ensure feasibility of assigned projects within collection timelines
Proactively identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks
Drive accountability across functions to meet deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processes
Support optimization of workflow between development and production
Ensure alignment between product requirements and industrial constraints
Provide structured input to Program Manager for portfolio-level decisions
Contribute to risk anticipation at collection level
