Our Company:
We are The Tour Guy, provider of incredible tours and authentic experiences for English-speaking travelers across Europe and the U.S.A. We follow the Golden Rule of travel: treat vacations like you want yours treated.
The Role
You will be responsible for getting our brand in front of the right people, whether that's a traditional news desk or a viral social feed.
-
- Media Pitching: Researching, drafting, and landing pitches in mainstream media outlets. You should have a proven track record of getting "yes" from journalists.
- Digital PR & Backlinks: You understand that a mention is good, but is more impactful when it comes with a backlink to the appropriate page. You’ll align your pitching strategy to support our SEO goals.
- Social Media Support: You’ll assist our social team managing video content on Instgram, TikTok,
and whichever platforms come next. You should know how to script and produce (or direct) snappy, engaging vertical content that feels native to the platform and frames our products for sale.
What We’re Looking For
-
- High Intellectual Horsepower: You learn fast, think critically, and don’t need your hand held.
- Driven & Self-Motivated: You are a hunter. You don’t wait for assignments; you find opportunities and execute them.
- Organized: You manage multiple pitches, follow-ups, and production deadlines without letting anything slip through the cracks.
- English: Flawless English grammar.
Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in public relations.
- A portfolio of successful media placements and backlink wins.
- Hands-on experience creating or managing vertical video content.
- The ability to write compelling hooks that actually get opened. xbvzest xysqume
