As an

Account Manager

based in our Florence office, you will primarily focus on managing and developing relationships with customers located in the Tuscany region.

Your mission is to drive revenue growth and margin performance across your assigned portfolio, covering OEM and EMS customers within the Military & Aerospace, Industrial, and Railway market segments. You will proactively manage the full sales cycle,



identify new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent execution and strategic account planning.

Compensation Details For This Position
The starting compensation for this role is at minimum an On-Target Earnings amount (Base Pay + On-Target Variable Pay) of 70.000 €
