We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Travel Agent - Categorie protette (L. 68⁄99) (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider

Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform





Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking

Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform

Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry

Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency

Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up)

Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

Customer Care experience

Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies

Contract type: Permanent contract

Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays)

Hybrid: Lavoro da remoto Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe
