About the role
The PFAS EMEA Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating sales growth across the assigned region by developing the market for PFAS treatment solutions in drinking water and industrial applications. With Italy as the priority market, the role combines direct sales, channel development,



territory management and close collaboration with technical and commercial teams to build a strong opportunity pipeline and convert it into sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive double-digit sales growth through market penetration and expansion strategies, applying a hunter mentality and strong territory management.
- Execute an ambitious regional sales plan for PFAS solutions in drinking water and industrial applications, with Italy as the priority market.
- Manage direct sales and channel partner relationships, including OEMs and distributors.
- Build and maintain a healthy opportunity funnel through consistent sales activity and prepare monthly forecasts using CRM tools.
- Develop and qualify new leads and partners while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Build relationships with stakeholders who influence or make purchasing decisions at all organizational levels.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and clearly articulate De Nora's value proposition.
