What you will be doing:

- Lead the development of the long-term AI powered Lang Tech strategy including technology roadmap, standard procedures, internationalization rollout, and resources needed to be a digital leader in enterprise localization.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize full spectrum of existing and proposed AI powered localization technologies
- Provide leadership to enterprise localization practice in the realm of AI powered language technologies.
- Quickly identify, assess and resolve issues with current end-to-end translation technologies to ensure global translation capabilities remain available to internal customers.
- Collect, measure, and analyze Lang Tech performance data and provide recommendations for continuous program improvements.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify Lang Tech needs and opportunities for operational excellence.
- Work effectively with executive management and create and deliver executive-level presentations.

What do you bring with you:

- Extensive knowledge and proven experience with state-of-the‑art AI technologies that support the creation and roll out of multi‑lingual content
- Ability to create, lead, and execute Lang Tech strategy and implement it across the enterprise




- Love of experimentation, problem solving, exploration of new technology, and a growth mind-set
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve a variety of technology/process problems with minimal assistance
- Ability to read code and be familiar with different programming languages
- Solid understanding of content management systems and web technologies
- Acute attention to detail
- Fluency in more than one language is a plus
- Innovative, results-oriented, self‑starter capable of coordinating numerous projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced team environment
- Familiarity with modern product development technologies (Agile, etc)
