OTech Italia is looking for a Junior Trainer to support and enhance our Training Team. What You’ll Do Support in Training Content Creation & Training Materials Development Support the development of engaging PowerPoint presentations for training and webinars with the ultimate goal of educate,
surprise and delight our target audiences Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of learning materials for internal and external audiences, as well as development of engaging ways to test the knowledge on product Contribute to create training news updates and related publishing on dedicated training apps for external audiences. Support the creation of AI powered training to nurture the AI self learning platform. Assist in translating training materials Training & Learning Development Assist live and online training sessions. Actively participate in preparing training programs. Progressively acquire the skills to deliver training independently. Learn and apply public speaking techniques and classroom engagement strategies. Support Training Operations & Back-Office Activities Manage the operation beyond the distribution of training material on different channels and systems Collect, Track and analyze local training data and achivements vs KPIs as well as follow the reporting process required by Hub te
