About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Pastry Chef de Partie to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy
What You Will Do
Reporting into the Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of sweet items, pastries and breads, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces for guest and banquet event orders ensuring consistent quality following recipe cards as well as production, portion and presentation standard
