You will play a critical role in building and scaling a new operation, developing key industry relationships, securing major projects, and driving long-term business growth in one of Europe's most important energy markets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Lead the implementation of the company's market entry and growth strategy in Italy.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the power transmission sector.
- Build strong relationships with transmission system operators, utility companies, EPC contractors, engineering firms, public authorities, and key industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market opportunities, project pipelines, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term business growth plans.
- Establish strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for collaboration across European markets.
- Support international expansion initiatives and strengthen the company's position within the transmission infrastructure sector.
Commercial & Financial Leadership
- Prepare, negotiate, and present commercial proposals and contract strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure sustainable profitability.
