As aProject & Program Manager , you will perform the following activities:
- Validating project alignment with technical standards and structural policies through the peer review process.
- Conducting feasibility analyses for projects.
- Supporting the progress of Strategic and Operational Plan.
- Assisting the teams responsible for individual projects within the Program throughout all phases—from planning to execution—via monitoring and control processes.
- Defining and monitoring requirements.




- Assessing potential risks and issues within the managed Programs, identifying interdependencies between projects, analyzing and evaluating priorities, and promptly implementing corrective and/or risk mitigation actions.
- Managing both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration among all involved units and/or external counterparts.
- Periodically developing project progress reports.

Requirements:
- Degree in STEM disciplines or Economics.
- Excellent skills in analyzing and modeling quantitative data.
- Good knowledge of planning and control processes.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Strong synthesis and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, teamwork and goal-oriented mindset, precision, and confidentiality.

The recruitment process will be extended to Rome.
