IRCA Group in Italy (headquarters) seeks a results-driven Global Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Director to design, deploy, and sustain the group CI strategy across manufacturing sites and supply chain.
Reporting to the Global COO, you will lead TPM, Lean, Six Sigma programs, build capabilities, and drive productivity, cost savings, and cultural transformation with cross-functional teams worldwide.
