Your role
We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Workplace Experience Intern who will join a dynamic and international environment,
contributing to strategic digital transformation projects across the company.
The Role Focuses On Two Key Areas
Intelligent automation of administrative and legal processes
Enhancement of Workplace Experience across company sites
Main Responsibilities
Digital Transformation (focus on AI & Process Automation)
Support the development of a group‑wide PEC process automation project using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence.
Analyze current workflows (receipt, classification, routing, archiving) to identify optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the definition of automated workflows and intelligent document routing logic.
Support requirements gathering and coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, GBS) and external partners.
Monitor performance KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvement.
