Job Description




HR department is looking for an HR Generalist intern to join a young and dynamic environment.
The role will handle:
Recruitment: Support in drafting and publishing job postings, CV screening, managing initial phone calls, and scheduling interviews.
Personnel Administration: Support in attendance management, document archiving, and onboarding processes for new hires.
Training and Development: Collaboration in organizing training courses and managing company growth plans.
Employer Branding: Contribution to company brand promotion activities, including channels like LinkedIn.
Ideal Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics, Work Psychology, or Law.
Strong passion for Human Resources, with excellent empathy and listening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
