Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on the company's most strategic priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, fundraising, and execution, providing direct exposure to company-building decisions during a critical phase of growth. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with exceptional execution skills and is comfortable leveraging modern AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow. You will support strategic initiatives, evaluate new business opportunities, coordinate cross-functional activities,



and help maximize the effectiveness of the CEO and leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare board presentations, investor updates, fundraising materials, and other strategic communications;
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business opportunity assessments using both traditional methodologies and AI-powered research tools;
- Support strategic planning, business development, and corporate growth initiatives;
- Drive alignment and coordination across Hardware, AI/Software, and Commercial teams to ensure effective execution of company priorities;
- Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship and coordination;
- Design, improve, and scale internal processes, workflows, and operating mechanisms to enhance organizational effectiveness;
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to accelerate research, analysis, communication, and decision-making process
