The selected candidate will be part of the Rinascente boutique team, operating in one of the most exclusive and internationally renowned luxury shopping destinations in the world.
Within this iconic Milanese setting, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation, with a specific focus on the Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection.
Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients,
anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty.
Provide expert knowledge on the Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance.
Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards.
Assist in stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities.
Manage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience at the point of sale.
Collaborate closely with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives.
Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles.
Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.
Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong plus.
