Organizational Project Manager - Financial Services For a leading Italian Financial Services organization, we are looking for a:
Organizational Project Manager
The successful candidate will join a rapidly evolving environment, contributing to the delivery of strategic programs and transformation initiatives with broad impact across business operations, organizational models, processes, services, and systems.
We are seeking a senior professional with a solid track record in managing complex projects and a strong ability to translate strategic direction into operational execution, working hands-on across processes, organizational structures, and business operating models.
Key Responsibilities
The role will act as Senior Project Manager / PMO on strategic and innovation-driven initiatives supporting the evolution of the business and service model, with responsibilities including:
leading the setup and governance of complex projects, defining objectives, stakeholders, scope, workplans, governance frameworks, and operating models
coordinating all project phases, monitoring progress,



milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
engaging with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, ensuring alignment across business functions, project teams, and senior management
supporting the operational implementation of new business models, processes, and services
assessing organizational, operational, and financial impacts of transformation initiatives
developing quantitative analyses, business cases, and cost-agevolazioni evaluations
contributing to the definition and evolution of organizational and operating models
supporting project budgeting activities and ongoing budget monitoring
Projects will be highly cross-functional in nature and may simultaneously involve processes, organizational structures, information systems, products, and services.
