Are you passionate about developing people and creating meaningful learning experiences? We are looking for a Learning &, Development Specialist to support the delivery of our L&, D strategy and help colleagues develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. Working closely with departmental leaders and the wider HR team, you will coordinate learning initiatives, support training delivery, monitor development activities, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth. Responsibilities: - Learning &, Development Strategy: Support the implementation of the L&, D strategy in alignment with business priorities, brand standards, and employee development needs. - Training Needs Analysis: Work closely with departmental leaders to identify learning and development needs and recommend appropriate training solutions. - Training Coordination: Coordinate internal and external training programmes, ensuring sessions are effectively planned, communicated, delivered, and recorded. - Learning Methodologies: Support the use of a variety of learning approaches,



including classroom training, e-learning, micro-learning, on-the-job learning, and blended learning. - Learning Systems: Maintain and support the internal learning management system, ensuring training information, courses, and completion records remain accurate and up to date. - Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver training sessions as required, including induction, service standards, soft skills, compliance, and other development programmes. - Onboarding &, Induction: Support departmental leaders with the planning and delivery of new hire onboarding and induction programmes, ensuring colleagues receive a consistent introduction to the organisation. - Employee Development: Support the development of colleagues at all levels through learning initiatives, career development activities, and continuous improvement programmes. - Leadership Development: Coordinate and support lea
