Project Title - Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022, Pay Transparency and HR Processes in a Multinational Environment

Background

This curricular internship project aims to provide the student with an opportunity to gain practical and academic exposure to contemporary Human Resources topics, particularly focusing on the Italian Gender Equality Certification framework (UNI/PdR 125:2022), related standards and practices, as well as the implications of the recently introduced European Pay Transparency Directive and its local implementation.





The internship will also support the development of the student's university thesis on these topics.

Learning Objectives

The intern will have the opportunity to:
- Develop an understanding of the regulatory framework related to Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022.
- Analyze certification requirements, indicators and renewal processes.
- Support data collection, organization and analysis related to gender equality metrics.
- Study organizational and operational implications of the European Pay Transparency Directive.
- Analyze local implementation requirements and impacts on HR processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation and supporting materials related to certification activities.
- Gain exposure to core HR processes and operating models within a multinational organization.
