Junior Consultant Financial Services Risk Management

We are looking for Junior Consultants who will support project manager and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries .

MAIN TASKS
- Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring an institution’s profitability and risk exposure / position
- Analyze the intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)
- Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP,



Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation).
- Policies & procedures

TRAINING
- Master’s degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering
- Preferred knowledge of econometrics
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)
- The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus

SOFT SKILLS
- Problem solving and result oriented attitude
- Excellent team working attitude
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
