You will act as the senior HR Business Partner for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Italy, partnering with the Managing Director and the Italian Leadership Team to translate business priorities into a focused people and organisation agenda. This is a hands‐on leadership role in a complex, highly regulated market. The scope includes organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, employee and labour relations, performance management,
and the use of data, digital tools, and AI to improve decisions and HR delivery. You will lead the local HR agenda in close partnership with EMEA HR, Centres of Excellence, Global Services, and the broader One HR Italy community.
Partner with the business
Build trusted relationships with Head of HR, Managing Director, Italian Leadership Team, and people leaders, providing strategic advice, coaching, and constructive challenge.
Translate the Italy business strategy, portfolio priorities, and evolving go-to-market needs into clear people, organisation, and capability plans.
Use workforce data, business insights, digital tools, and AI-enabled analysis to identify risks, inform decisions, and measure impact
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and differentiated development actions for critical roles and future capabilities.
