Assistant Event Manager - Starhotels Business Palace, Milano

Position
Join Starhotels and become part of our Events team, at our Starhotels Business Palace in Milan.
You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting in the organizational part before the event.
- Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance of all conference spaces and breakout areas.
- Overseeing every moment of the event.
- Ensuring the satisfaction of our guests is always at the top.
- Taking care of post-event guaranteeing that our guests are leaving with a smile.
- Issuing the bill and making sure the payment enters correctly.

Requirements
- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and events.
- Previous and proven experience in the role.




- Opera PMS Knowledge for efficient operations.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
- Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
