Prepare presentations, meeting materials and executive summaries for management discussions. Support communication and coordination with headquarters and internal departments. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes. Coordinate customer orders from order confirmation through delivery. Monitor order status, delivery schedules and customer commitments. Coordinate with Operations, Logistics and Headquarters to ensure timely deliveries.
Proactively communicate order updates to customers and distribution partners. Support demand planning and sales forecasting activities. Maintain accurate sales and order information within CRM and internal systems. Assist in resolving order-related and delivery issues. Customer Support & Coordin
