Overview
In this role you support LifeVest logistics and data processes to ensure timely, accurate handling of patient and hospital information. You work cross-functionally with Sales, Invoicing, Tech Support, and regional teams to maintain smooth shipments, document flows, and ERP data. You'll optimize inventory, manage urgent shipments, and uphold quality controls to help deliver lifesaving therapies. This position offers hands-on logistics work within a mission-driven healthcare environment, with opportunities to impact patient outcomes through reliable operations.
Responsabilità
- Manage patients/hospitals/physicians processes and documents
- Supervise logistics shipping and returns of LifeVest spares
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals for shipping documents, activations/demissions, schedules
- Support the Sales Team
- Coordinate with Invoicing and Orders/Credit Collection
- Collaborate with Tech Support and regional/central warehouses
- Document management:



input patient records into ERP; issue shipping documents; upload fittings and dismissions docs; manage POs and physicians directory
- Logistics: monitor inventory, allocate components, manage courier shipping, coordinate returns and urgent shipments
- Regular reporting and forecasting on shipments, returns, deliveries, and system activities
- Quality management: check and replace expiring or damaged items
- Liaise with the German warehouse and logistics partners

Requisiti fondamentali
- Native Italian speaker and fluent English
- Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Organized, precise, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
