Strong performance marketing expertise, including experience with paid social, paid search, and other digital acquisition channels. Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and attribution, including comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and funnel analysis.

Experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid/ budget optimization.
Comfort working with AI-enabled tools for campaign management, analysis, and workflow acceleration, while applying human judgment to final decisions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders or clients.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time, priorities, and multiple projects with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
