Consultant - Customer Advocacy The Consultant - Customer Advocacy will be responsible for: Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries,



service requests, and issue resolution.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure timely service delivery. Monitoring, tracking, and documenting client interactions, service issues, and resolutions through the relevant systems. Preparing client reports, presentations, proposals, and supporting client onboarding activities.
Gathering client feedback, recommending service improvements, and providing regular updates on account status and service performance. The ideal candidate should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
