Serioplast , a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging , is looking for a Senior Injection Molding Technologist to join its plant in St. Are you a skilled technologist ready to take on an international career opportunity? If you are open to relocating to the United States and looking to grow in a fast-paced, global environment, this could be the opportunity for you Serve as a key point of reference for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in setting priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues. Set up product recipes, ensuring all required regulations and PLC parameters are correctly applied. Perform necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct investigations and troubleshooting to resolve quality issues.
Train and support production staff in resolving minor technical problems affecting product quality. Carry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak testers, cameras, palletizers, etc.).



Develop solutions by fabricating mechanical or other components to address production or technical issues and improve machine performance. Support the Technical Manager in continuous improvement projects and in decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processes.
Excellentknowledge of plastic Injection Molding technology,with specific experience ininjection molding machines of PET preforms on high-cavitation molds (required) . Excellentapplied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems. Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques. Good applied knowledge of WCM standards. Solid experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes. Fluency in English.
