In close alignment to Italian Marketing Managers, Enterology & Urology,



and the Commercial Operational Leader with their teams, the Commercial Leader will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, as well as managing people, products, and processes.
Drive sales and profitability. Conduct forecasting and budgeting meetings and ensure full compliance with Dentsply Sirona and Wellspect sales and financial goals. Implement the Sales Competency Framework and drive Value Based Selling, focusing on adding value in every customer interaction. Challenge current ways of working to strengthen the organization's position as a trusted business advisor and an internal center of excellence. Lead regional and global projects.
Participate in local, regional, and global sales meetings, both internally and externally. As a people manager, identify and develop talent within the function and across Wellspect, supporting talent development activities to build a strong pipeline. Monitor performance and report d
