Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for Lexroom’s Italian and German-speaking customers, managing support requests across chat, email, calls, and proactively engaging with them to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Own the full resolution flow: triage, prioritize and resolve tickets, run regular check-ins and feedback sessions, and escal… Wait.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally — feeding insights back to product and other teams to improve processes, reduce churn, and shape the roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- You are fluent in Italian and fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Bulgarian — native speaker preferred, C1/C2 welcome.
- You have fluent English: you're comfortable reading documentation and understanding spoken English.
- You have 0-2 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Su
