Your Key Responsibilities

Support Lexroom’s customers across chat, email, and calls — your entry point into Customer Care, working closely with senior teammates to triage, prioritize, and resolve requests.
- Build your skills day by day: shadow experienced colleagues, take ownership of simpler cases as you grow, and work toward managing your own portfolio of customers.
- Bring curiosity and energy to the team — ask questions, share what you learn, and help us keep improving how we support our customers.

What You’ll Bring
- You are fluent in English — comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in a professional context.
