Edgewell Personal Care in Milan is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a tempo parziale, 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle the end-to-end order process, support customers from order placement to delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure a reliable service experience.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Teams and SAP.
