Generali Group is seeking to own the end-to-end lifecycle of We Learn, the global learning platform used by 88k employees across 40+ countries. You will drive AI-enabled improvements and partner with Group Academy and HR to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives.
You will lead a global learning ecosystem, coordinating stakeholders and local managers to implement effective digital learning across the organization and support workforce readiness.
