About this vacancy
Control Systems Development: Design and implement control algorithms for electric and hybrid vehicles, focusing on performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Model-Based Design: Use tools such as MATLAB and Simulink to model, simulate, and validate control strategies, supporting embedded software development.
Component Interaction: Develop control functions with awareness of their interaction within the vehicle environment.
Vehicle-Level Understanding: Gain exposure to overall vehicle behavior, contributing to the optimization of control functions and system performance.
What we expect from you
- Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a Control Engineer role or a similar position




- Experience with model-based design tools (e.G., MATLAB/Simulink)
- Understanding of electric vehicle architectures and basic control strategies
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.G., CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in sustainable mobility and automotive innovation

What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €30.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
