YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
THE JOURNEY
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication.
- Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
- Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations and menu optimization.
- Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
- Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Up to 2-3years of experience in high-performance account/sales management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
- You are motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantag
