SumUp is seeking a Credit Management specialist for the Italian market. You will be the dedicated contact for overdue payments, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care to keep accounts on track and resolve billing queries.
You will manage cases in Salesforce, handle cancellations, and coordinate with external agencies on complex collections. Fluency in Italian and strong English, plus Excel skills, are required.
