As a Sourcing Specialist - Supplier Quality Engineering, you will act as the principal liaison for all quality-related matters pertaining to supplier-delivered products. This position requires close cooperation with key departments such as Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Your primary goal will be to drive continuous improvement in supplier quality,



thereby minimizing defects and reducing costs related to quality issues. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening the supply base to align with business requirements.

As a Sourcing Specialist - Supplier Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for:
- Support the identification, scouting, and selection of potential new suppliers
- Qualify suppliers according to company standards
- Conduct periodic audits to verify and ensure compliance with company requirements
- Lead suppliers in executing root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and support the development of robust corrective actions (CA)
- Review the results of on-the-job inspections in accordance with Quality Control Plans
- Assist suppliers with Deviation Request (SDR) management
- Manage supplier-related Non-Conformity Records (NCR
- Provide technical support to the buyer, engineering team, or BOM team to effectively manage purchasing needs
