Overview
As a Product Marketing professional, you will manage the lifecycle of HVAC products from market analysis to commercial launch and sales enablement. You will bridge Engineering, Sales and Marketing to keep the portfolio competitive and compliant, leveraging HVAC knowledge with strong commercial and analytical skills. Your work supports growth through informed product planning, launches and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers impact across residential and commercial air conditioning initiatives and certification compliance.

Responsabilità
- Monitor HVAC market trends, stakeholder needs, regulations, and competitive dynamics
- Conduct market sizing, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to inform positioning and profitability
- Prepare market insights to guide product planning and commercial strategy




- Support management of residential and commercial air conditioning portfolio and influence roadmaps with R&D;
- Assist business case development aligning market needs with technical capabilities
- Manage product lifecycle activities including phase-in/phase-out strategies
- Coordinate product launch planning across channels and track performance for adjustments
- Develop positioning, value propositions, and launch materials for internal/external use
- Maintain product catalogs, price lists, brochures, and digital content across platforms
- Ensure accurate specifications and technical information
- Support certification and compliance documentation and approvals
- Deliver product training and support events, and address customer inquiries with cross-functional teams
- Assist with ERP-based business processes, preferably SAP
- Manage assigned budget for activities
