Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Head of Sales – Italy to lead and further develop our sales activities in the Italian market.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing the sales strategy for Italy, expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with key customers and partners. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on sales responsibility and act as a key interface between customers, sales, pre‑sales, product management and delivery.
Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute the sales and go-to-market strategy for Italy in alignment with A1 Digital's overall business strategy.
- Take responsibility for revenue growth, sales targets, pipeline development and forecasting for the Italian market.
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with medium-sized and larger B2B customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic accounts and business partners.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop the Italian customer portfolio through new customer acquisition, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Build and develop the local sales organization as the Italian business grows, including recruiting, coaching and developing sales talent.
