This strategically important role, based anywhere in Europe with convenient access to Central Europe and a major international airport, is focused on identifying, developing, and winning new Engineered Solutions business opportunities across Europe. As a consultative sales professional, you will engage customers early in their project lifecycle, shape opportunities, influence project specifications, and drive pursuits through to successful order award. You will work closely with customers, engineering contractors (EPCs), OEMs, end users, and Emerson sales teams across the region to position differentiated Engineered Solutions,
including measurement and automation technologies integrated into engineered cabinet solutions. Success in this role requires a proactive hunting mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead complex sales pursuits in competitive environments. While technical specialists will support solution development, your primary focus will be creating opportunities, building relationships, advancing pursuits, and securing orders.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Proactively identify, develop, and pursue new Engineered Solutions opportunities across Europe, with a strong focus on winning new business and securing orders.
- Lead strategic sales pursuits from early opportunity identification through contract award.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and key decision-makers.
